How Willson @ BlockSurvey Went From Less Than 1% Conversion Rate To Almost 15%

When I first talked to Wilson, he already had 100+ B2C customers and ~10 enterprise customers, most of which were generated thanks to their Product-Led Growth strategy.

They tried cold email & social outreach, but the results weren’t great.

They also tried running paid ads, but the cost was super high.

So when I reached out to him, offering to help him accelerate his Product-Led growth & develop his Sales-Led strategy to bring in more B2B & Enterprise customers, it was exactly what he was looking for.

After we figured out his positioning & got the cold outreach campaigns live, the main thing we focused on was optimizing his current funnels to convert SEO traffic at a higher rate.

Since he had a lot of SEO traffic, we made a strategic decision to help him convert a higher % of interested people into “activated” users, calls & sales.

In a matter of months, he saw a higher % of users actively use the product, engage & subscribe to a paid plan, and a higher number of qualified demo calls.

Soon he was generating so many demo calls that we had to put in an Application Funnel to only allow the most qualified prospects on the call, while referring “less qualified” prospects to a self-onboarding flow.

We also worked with Wilson on systemizing his sales process, and soon he started converting a higher % of his calls into actual sales.
